Return Policy
Here at Diamond Cabin we are happy to accept returns back to us within 28 Days of purchasing the product. the below states the accepted returns regarding UK and International Orders.
UK Returns
We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Diamond Cabin are responsible for return postage and will arrange a Royal Mail collection from your delivery address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery to your address allowing for longer shipping times. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, Diamond Cabin can then cover the costs on successful delivery back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Once your item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days dependent on payment method.
